Once payment is complete, the rights to the song are transferred to the customer. Payment Terms Payment for services shall be made as agreed upon during the order process. Custom Chords requires a non-refundable deposit to start the project with the balance payable upon completion. Failure to make final payment may result in forfeiture of the song and termination of service. #### 5.
